Developer mentioned this on the previous page, so that seems likely, unfortunately.

Likely so. I am currently learning GMS2 and starting a new project. It'll probably be a year before (if??) I release anything. I'd love to go big with Irresistible Johnson, but I just don't think it's gonna draw the audience needed to support it. Regardless, I had a blast working on it and expanding my programming chops. I'm still a beginner, though, and GMS2 (I think) is the next step up.

It was a lot of fun putting this game together. The top floor challenge was going to be an interesting mini-game as well, where you're being chased, you're trying to navigate through cubicles, avoiding all the women who insist on banging you.

I doubt it, though I did do some bug fixes and added a bit of new content, but very little new art. I just haven't published this version yet.
