I mean no auto and only 2 positions from what I can see (except the finger one). Not that much content and hard to use it as well because of no auto movement.

Any action you perform in the game earns you points on a hidden meter. Get enough of these hidden points and you automatically unlock the next action.

The game has a total of 3 actions (finger, sitting facefuck, lying down facefuck) and they are all fully manual. The 4th box you unlock is like a mouth spreading thing to keep her mouth open. Overall, the art is nice but the execution is very underwhelming. It just feels like someone's first sex game made by someone who is a good visual artist but has newer played one before.
