Is there any complete guide to uploading games?

So I'm making my own game, and I want to be the owner of the thread and be able to post the links.
What are the requirements, and is there any full guide on uploading games that I make?

There's a guide and template pinned in games. But make the thread in game requests, and report it so staff can check it over and move it.

What do you mean report it? And could you explain a little bit more please..

Look down from here and you'll see a report button. It's not just reporting bad behaviour, but for getting staffs attention in general. Check that provided link, if you need more maybe ask one of the online moderators or uploader.
