Genuine question. When the game is released on Steam, I plan to purchase it, will the extreme content be included? If not, will there be a patch we can apply that includes the extreme content? I know Steam is strict about this stuff, but from past experience I've seen devs have patches that basically act as a loophole to include said content.

The mod only enables half the extreme content. Just xray and hymen animation. I'll let the rest content be modded if the rating here somehow reaches above 5 here.(that's the least you can do)
