you get referral from other girls, dunno at what level of relationship but i think its above 2? since i asked referral from girl with level 6 and 4 relationship respectively

Get level 2 of x-ray skill (boobs in home > sex maiden > skills), use it on someone and when it asks if you want to see organs, say "yes". If organs work, the patch works.

If you need points for x-ray you can go to skill point cheat and use the code 469.

This fix doesn't seem to work with the newest update. The game immediately asks for a code once you load it.
