Here's a patch for 1.29 that enables extreme content.
I've changed how the crack works, so it should be a lot more consistent.
However this also means it won't work on save games using the crack before 1.28.
Make sure to choose "Disable extreme content" when prompted for the crack to work properly.
Relationship code also works: 5010
Unzip and paste into "data" folder.

Whether it's extreme content or the relationship code, neither works for me. for the code this tells me that it does not work with the public version and extreme content is not activated. These yet a new part.
