It didn't work for me, it's a lie, I started a new game and nothing, I didn't even skip the intro, I hit extreme content and it didn't let me.I have restored the cheat code to work and unlocked a few features that were not allowed to work (hope it works).
To activate Extreme content, select New game and DO NOT SKIP INTRO if you want to activate successfully. Again, DO NOT SKIP INTRO!!!
Cheat and Extreme codes for the latest version:
+ 9005 - Extreme code
+ 999 - Get Gold
+ 469 - Get 200 Skill Points
+ 123 - Get 2000 Stamina
+ 5010 - Relationship
+ 888 - Increases Exp gained

Can you capture or record video? I tried and activated it successfully. You may have forgotten to extract the file and replace it at the root!
This is a video recording the game after reinstalling my file. I completely deleted the original game folder and used the new one. At the same time, select new game without skipping intro. And the code works normally. Hope you can respond soon about your error!

I tried it too. The cheats work but not the extreme content. while I DO get the "haha it worked!" message, the message "extreme content is turned off", pops up when you tried to do the extreme version of having sex with Hana, so its still disabled for some reason.

And because of people like this, humanity is doomed.
If you had the patience to look literally 3 or 2 pages back in the comment thread, you would realize that:
1. The dev originally removed code from the game so that even if you released the game with the code or by other means, you would never be able to access all the content.
2. The one who started the whole wave of being able to access content through mods literally told the dev the most effective way to prevent the leak and that is by removing the content per se instead of code so that the content can never be seen , since basically the version that is uploaded here will never be complete.
3. The dev already mentioned that it will continue like this until "miraculously" this project has 5 stars of approval and that with doubts, since he only mentioned that he would allow all the content to be there and that there be mods or any means to access them, but he never mentioned if it would be easy to do it or if he would do it with each public version.
4 and final. The only way that a complete version can be shared is for someone from the patreon to upload the version here and for someone else to quickly upload it to some medium that is difficult for the dev to take down, since like the message that everyone doesn't stop replicate, the dev is on the hunt to prevent a patreon version from being shared and therefore, to avoid problems, the f95 Mods don´t even bother trying to update the main thread page with a patreon version, since the links would quickly be thrown before the constant hunting of the dev.

It's the fun microcosm of piracy vs developer profitability. An argument that has played out with music and movies quite frequently.
For game developers the best way to combat piracy is to make your game so good and affordable that using normal distribution routes preferable to pirate routes. You get good publicity from your community and piracy rates go down because its easier to get the game and automatic downloads through a distribution hub than manually updating.
That solution is shut out here unless JackieBoy decides to finish the game in a satisfactory manner and publish it on Steam or major distributor. Though that also has its own downside as there will likely be content restrictions that will require an off platform patch which circles you back around to manually updating.
Steam is also a one-and-done purchase platform and JackieBoy is doing the Subscription Service model. People are essentially encouraged to pay $20/month for access to the full game which will get 1-2 content patches per month. So it is like you were paying a subscription to FF14 without the depth of content or community of FF14.
People find this unfair so they review bomb the game complaining about the paywall. JackieBoy counters that if people retract their complaints about the paywall he will consider restoring content blocked/removed by the paywall. This is an impossible task because people who have negative feelings typically abandon projects and won't be aware of this 'offer' unless someone seeks them out to try and make good on it. Then again you have the obvious negative feelings that JackieBoy is blackmailing people who have tried and been frustrated by his paywall to change their reviews to consider lowering the paywall.
People who have already subscribed for the content will likely keep doing so. These people don't lose anything from keeping their subscription and its entirely possible some of them are pirate scalpers redistributing the paid game through their own channels. Yes, scalpers exist as its quite profitable if you already have a distribution base to pay for a $20 subscription a month and resell it to 100 people for $1 a month.
People who use aggregate distribution sites like F95 will maybe try the game, but get turned away by the paywall or bad reviews regarding the paywall and will be discouraged from supporting JackieBoy. This in turn drives away some of the Patreon subs, but he keeps his core subscribers and he might get a trickle of subs from the exposure.
If everyone subscribed to JackieBoy drops their subscriptions he'll just stop developing and the game will be abandoned. There is no leverage from the community to address the paywall issue and no financial incentive to JackieBoy to remove the paywall.
He could try and switch from quality to quantity by lowering the paywall from $20/month to $10/month or $5/month, but that means he will need to come up with replacement incentives for those higher tiers. More people might subscribe, but he'll also see subscribers lowering their tiers to get what they want unless the replacement incentives make up for the 'exclusive rights' from before.
Really, there is no answer to the problem that will make everyone happy. Its just like a AAA game that releases with microtransactions and paywalls once you tip to negative community feedback its more profitable to slash and burn the whales then to try and rebuild the goodwill. Check out any of the MMORPGs sold to cash shop developers for an example of this.

To people in the future looking to upload this stuff, split the download into multiple parts, rather than 1 folder, that will prevent the DMCA
I don't have the save game file and have to start over from the beginning. Luckily, I got the cheat code working otherwise I would have gone crazy. As for the Extreme content, I'm TRYING TO FIX it to work as expected. And I had no idea of trolling anyone. Really, you will be mad when you spend nearly 2 hours editing the code and then when you play you realize that the code doesn't work. I welcome any contributions to getting the Extreme content section working! And again, I have no intention of trolling anyone. Sorry if the file I edited doesn't work the way you want!

I had to start over from the beginning so I couldn't check whether the code for the Extreme version worked properly or not. So when I initially entered the code, I thought it worked until I played Hana's part and realized the code wasn't working properly. I will try to fix it. Sorry for my omission!
