Here's a patch for 1.23.5 that enables extreme content.

With the patch extreme content is always enabled, so it doesn't matter what you choose when asked to enable/disable it.

Relationship code also works: 5010

Unzip and paste into "data" folder.
If on an existing save you might need to sleep for it to take effect.

Could you tell me how exactly did you do to make this, please? thanks for your help.
It's a bit complicated if you don't understand RPGM's format for events but here's the simple version:
I essentially find all the places where any of the "patreon variables" are switched off and i switch them on.
So I find every entry with "code": 121 and where the first element in the "parameter" list is either 139, 141, 161 or 78 (patreon variables) and then i set the third parameter to 0. Which turns them on.

So you must use the rpgm to edit them?

How do you get cheats to work on Mac? Edit: nvm, it was in the game itself

I overwritten the existing data folder in the games folder and started a new game only to be shunned again by saying its the wrong code, and i cant access the other cheats either
Other cheat are in the main page and as for the extreme for me it seems to work even if it says "wrong code"
