Is there any significant H side that was added ?
Is there still no cum animations in the brothel, is there no pregnancy ? stuff like that. All i see in patchnotes is just... more races which is fine but... Why no visual or simply just... lewd updates (Apart from the H CGs and stuff for i assume is the dating stuff which i have never ever accessed, not even sure how and even then, it feels like a bonus rather than the actual game...) ? Because if it stayed like the last time i played, it's more like a simple management game than a porn management game.

It's not removed it's unlisted. You can still access it if you have the link (like the one in the opening post). Hopefully itch will finish scrubbing soon and restore categories again

Unlisted just means it doesn't show up if you search for it.

They delisted all of the NSFW games, some will be deleted (those who don't fit the visa/mc arbitrary requirements), rest should still be there
Checked on itch today, game got an update, it's now on 1.12.1 for free

Been a bit, been busy and been through some, but I'll just drop a message on here just for you to have an idea of what's going on with itch.io:
Basically, since the problem is (always has been) the payment processing companies infringing into what we can and cannot do (it still weighs on patreon for example) and growing more and more confident about their puritanism, itch.io was bullied into removing the NSFW. But the backlash made them opt for a more reasonable (albeit still frustrating) solution: they basically removed the payment processing component from it.
So you can host NSFW games there, but not sell them. Which as far as we're concerned is fine since we get the money needed to fuel development from patreon & subscribe star soooo... win win..? As long as it stays like this.
Just hoping it marks the end of the quarantine bullshit we've been going through.

I guess the main problem moving forward is that Itch's response sets an ominous precedent that others might follow if people realize they can force sites to bend the knee to even a moderately small outcry. If only we had the same kind of pull with AAA devs making shitty products rather than something players actually enjoyed. Imaging if TES6 could be saved.

I think if you win enough on one location, they'll offer you to move to the next location.
I played this game many times, even when it was just one world. And there's one thing which is seriously missing IMHO.
The ability to sort the clients by their money.
Searching for the most valuable customer when you have 15 of them waiting to be serviced, over and over again, gets boring really quick.
Another thing which could also improve the game would be to be able to take your essences from one world to the next.
