There's an easy trick for making this work and that is simply making the PC's head invisible when going into this mode, the moving the camera back just a tad until you can almost but not quite see the neck seam.
Plus FPC should allow at least limited traverse with the mouse rather than being fixed in place. Fixed forward ruins it.
TBH, I didn't have high hopes when this game first came out, but it seems to be coming along surprisingly well. Nice work!

Big issues in this update. No dialogue for your captured people. Talking to the woman on the upper right in the jungle causes your character to freeze (even when reloading or starting a new game), can't release the cuffs off devoted characters (unless you take them to the bedroom), and the story has either been purposefully removed or is somehow not starting. This feels like a developer test version considering the immediate drop into the game, 30 batches of 99+ meats, and the line up of characters both goblin and unconscious humans in the entry way to the jungle. Removing the older .103 version save doesn't change or fix anything. Does anyone have the Patreon version that can compare them?

Stable my ass. rebooted this 10x still got nowhere. Hopefully we get past the bugs in the future since some of the previous builds thart where stable had great promise.

Please try give criticism guys that is useful for f95 site Game Developers & also put "whats went wrong for you" its hard enough been Game Developer. let alone when people dont actually tell you what went wrong for them in the game, so you can target that specifically & try resolve the issues. instead of people just sh8 posting chewing up more time reading thru it all, trying to find the issues they are having..

Why cant I rotate the camera with the arrow keys? middle mouse button is such a weird button for a porn game, r.i.p anybody using laptops/ tablets I guess.

We see that the publication 0.22a is not from the author, so there are no complaints about playfulness

As weird as that sounds yes, I do in fact as well, fap during porn games and having to control both the keyboard and mouse defeats that whole purpose.
I played recently through Last Hope from Poolside Games that had exactly that and let me tell you it was not an enjoable experience for a porn game.
Played a very early version of IslanDeity and you could move around on the map with the keyboard and during scenes they switched to mouse. So never both at once but it seems they changed it?
This game has a lot potential, checks a lot of my boxes, had fun even during the early stuff and I was looking forward to future stuff planned.....first person view and controls....is not it to be honest.

I wouldn't worry about it, people here know test builds get uploaded sometimes. I liked the way the girls look. I stand by my criticism of the controls though, if we could remap keybinds that would help a lot. A bigger ask would be using the mouse to move on the map (either swap LMB to that and use RMB to fight or vice versa, remappable keybinds again would mean people could do whichever they preferred).God damn it!

I'm clearly limiting my post to porn games. The target audience for that is presumably using one of their hands for something else while playing the game. It would be like releasing a game reliant on sound cues targeted at an audience that will have a lot of deaf users. There are good games that rely on sound cues, but the game should be designed for its target audience.
