Non so proprio come aiutarti arrivati a sto punto.
Per logica di cose si pensa subito al firewall, alla scheda grafica o ai driver obsoleti.
Se c'è qualcuno più erudito di me che sta seguendo sta discussione magari potrà darti la dritta giusta.
L'hai visto tu stesso dallo screenshot che il gioco funziona, no?
