As I said before, Don't give Jackerman the money until he delivers the animation, To his subscribers: Why are you paying for Hopes and Promises, that 1) False Released Dates 2) short 5 minute video 3) 1 video monthly ONLY, Why not wait until the video is ready to be released and then you pay. Imagine going to a mechanic and paying him ahead the labor before fixing your car, that is RIDICULOUS, they will do a lame sloppy job. Time to Wake up people. The Revolution is coming. What? I'm not excusing Jackerman. Seriously you're not paying for anything though. It's a donation based system. You are paying to support him as he makes art, there is no contract you sign in which he is sworn to uphold any schedule or per-determined expectation, you are not a consumer in the conventional sense. You are a supporter, someone who helps said artist exist in a world that really doesn't have anyway for an artist such as this to thrive individually. We live in a capitalistic hellscape where artists generally starve, especially taboo kind like this. He gives an estimate of his work and nothing more, that's how it works.
If you're not happy with what he's delivering then stop paying him but don't act like you're entitled to anything beyond that. The only thing you're entitled to is withholding your wallet and I doubt you have ever contributed to him. Everyone in here bitching about the delay-a-man stans.. I'm tired of the entitled stans who speak with a bunch bullshit instead of speaking with their wallet.
