So Im going to answer this, in hope that it will bring people up to speed.
Jackerman is no longer doing a monthly video. Which means no new video at midnight at the end of the month. Jackerman is now instead is creating "Shorts". With a new estimated develop time of 6 to 7 weeks. Jackerman made this change to prevent heavy crunch and handicapping the videos. The past few videos Jackerman explained how he had to cut or make changes to his scenes to make on time for the monthly period.
Now to answer super specifically on the NEXT video. Jackerman did state he has been able to get some work started on the Wonder Woman scene while Catwoman was rendering. Though I do not expect he was able to get any significant work done until Catwoman was finished. If I was a betting man, my GUESS the Wonder Woman Short will release....December 17th - 19th.
Right before Christmas.
My advice, just chill out, follow some other artist, catch up on some doujin. Then return here mid December.

As for artists, how about Nyl, noname, pewposterous, general butch when he was active. A mix of several animations/pictures most months. Plenty more too but I don't keep a list lol. Of course those are shorter animations, but your suggestion was for "artists" in general so I'm explaining how most of them work.
aromasensei just to name one. Draws like a dozen pictures per month, subscription gets you access to them. Has 5000 patrons, hmm, I guess it's working! Sells packs of them individually like you're suggesting on gumroad. Guess how many people bought the latest one? It has just 10 ratings.
Nitpicking individual games? Desperate huh. Okay, the latest assassin's creed had 60.

Also tell me that you are serious about those artists. Their videos are barelly 2 min long and Nyl who has some videos that last more than 10 min together with Rikolo were on shops, not to mention he doesn't release 2 or more 5 min videos per month. If you consider a 10-30 sec video fap material good for you.
Nitpicking? All assissin't creed games have average clear time 15-20 hours. You were so deterimned to prove me wrong that you miss the point about games. It was just an example about games being released individually and not in libraries.
And btw I was questioning why JM doesn't sell individual content in addition and not saying it's the most successful thing and that he should just do that.
You went out of your way to present facts that don't have substance behind them. You can't even support your argument with real facts. Clearly I'm the one offended. Peace.

What programs do you use to upscale and interpolate these? I know that topaz does not work with MKV files.

Topaz Video AI works now with mkv,mp4,mov and some others, it works if u update the program to 3.0 version, its a new version with new UI and alot of changes. Its looks totally diffrent now from the 2.0 versions that were before it.
Really? Please don't joke on this thing. I've always wanted to see a video on this topic since Shadman drew it
