I figure that more weight is given to the higher-paying tiers (otherwise, what's the benefit of a higher-paying tier?) That's the reason I asked "popular among which members" who participated in this so-called "popular vote"? It must also be taken into consideration those who actually vote, and the frequency in which they can vote for a single option. For example, Gold members may be able to vote more than once, whereas Silver and Bronze Members may vote just once. (This is a hypothetical, I have no idea if that's how it actually works.) However, I am not convinced that Southern Hospitality Barnyard Bash was produced by "popular decision." But I have no proof of this, so it would only be speculation.
