What are you talking about? Why would they get in trouble with Patreon when it is for the art. The games are separate things and funded in ways outside of Patreon and their rules.

The saves are in the registry, use reg editor from Windows, and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Venus Noire\Jessika Curse. Then open Gold_h2088709061, set it to decimal and edit to whatever amount you need.

DO NOT MESS AROUND IN THE REST OF THE REGISTRY OF WINDOWS!!! That can and will brick you machine fast.

Probably not, dude updates this game like once a year when he needs a break from Seeds of Chaos. Thats his major focus, so this one is his side project.

The game works by entering a level and wandering around until you complete the objective and finish the final encounter.

for sex scenes, there is a meter aside from health and mana. When that meter gets full, any attack on an enemy will have a chance to trigger a sex scene. There are also game over cgs when all your party members are down.

That's how game dev goes unfortunately. The devs found more success with their other game and are focusing on that. Which is ok, because that game is also very very good.
