The first Arc's ending was released not even two weeks ago. Next update will be Arc 2. Probably next month, but as the four main girls change after the timeskip and the new art is still in the works not a guarantee.

If my memory are correct, that last one should be her high lust scene/event
So you her to have high lust value (forgot the exact value) by increasing her lust during the night and not letting her relief herself (to do this, you have to use the change her behavior option), then visit and talk to her at her shop (should trigger automatically on selecting 'talk' option if she have high lust)
Or you can take the faster route of just visit her, have her take 2/3 aphrodisiac pills, then you choose the 'talk' option.

Don't remember if level 4 or 5, the one you can make them wear anything you want, change their clothes to make them naked in your room, when you go outside and met them they will still be naked. not sure if on purpose or a bug though.
