3rd weekend of the month is patron release. 1st weekend of the month is public release. The current version is delayed due to real world issues, and will most likely not release in the next few days.
Arc 2 is already partially included. When it'll be finished is unknown.

Is not, wasn't planned if I remember correctly. Doggo wanted to end it at 3 because the MC isn't strong enough to control them, but the players wanted more so he made them reach lvl 4

How do you get rid of saves? I'm on page 12 of saves because of older version and it just seems excessive.

You can either delete the saves from the saves folder (JikageRising-v1.02c-pc\game\saves) or while in game on the save menu hover your mouse over the save and press the delete button on your keyboard.
