I can't actually progress in arc 2. I've gained full control over Temari (maximum submission, the initial control event and two more control events have been done), and my status screen says that I've secured support from Sunagakure, but there's no option at the clothing store for me to buy Temari's mission outfit- just school uniforms and bunnysuits.

Every time I sleep, I get two error messages, which are hopefully related:

I've definitely got enough intel to buy the outfit (over 300), so hopefully there's either something I missed or there's an easy fix for this so I can move forward in the game.

Seems like another issue caused by the mission system. It's already plucked out so it shouldn't appear anymore in the next release!

Not currently, the dog said he's going to have a "in house outfit" and "outside of house" outfit system for them

Keep as how?, if you mean ACT 2, she is still loyal to the MC if you got to Max* level with her in ACT 1, you can find her (and do her) in the academy.
