Kurenai costumes unlocked(idk if it will be more, but at least she can be naked now) and Hanabi was added with a couple of scenes.

For the full game do I have to download only Arc 3 or i have to download all of them separately?
Each arc is a separate game in and of itself, but the story builds over each installment.
So I downloaded the update and....when did we encounter Hanabi for her to show up at the inn? She acts like she knows us but I don't recall her in previous arcs, nor establishing control of her

There was a Hanabi Mod for Act 2 since she was a Loli. This Mod provided her corruption and some Scenes.
