Has anyone managed to get Mei to level 2? Smiling Dog has it written on his walkthrough that after 200 sub there should be an option on your room. But already at 500 and cant seem to find it.

Sorry, I wasn't aware it was removed. After completing it last it was in there for me, and I just used skip to get a save for act 2 later on. Had no idea there was backlash in a completely optional event though.
