We do know. Jikan has prior knowledge of some of the war, and will ensure Mabui knows to make an exit before the place gets nuked.
Can someone please make a patch to either modify or allow skip for the target minigame. I gave up entirely after (no joke) 20 attempts with max stats.

Well, if we didn't want some lore, there are plenty of short animations around already. Even if we just wanted a sandbox experience, there are plenty of those already, some where you can create the girl, others where there are many crossing over.
The games like this one are for those that do enjoy some plot in their porn, be it its own unique story in that world or trying to put the player character in the world of the old one, be taking over the old story or mixing up with it until a divergence point.
Basically, porn mixed with fanfiction.

That would make no sense at all because, you know, they WERE VIRGINS. You only lose your virginity once in your life.
If you are talking about the girls returning from arc1,
Arc2 is a direct sequel to arc1.
So... since you are expected to already have had sex with them, kinda impossible.
And with how rarely someone would play through Arc1 without having sex with the girls (especially since that is a prerequisite to some of the extra, side-girls), it would be kinda unfair to expect Smiling Dog to add a single-use deflowering scene for them. Their main corruption focus was already over and done.
Plus, years of timeskip. Even if you did not do it during your save, they were already fully corrupted even before the timeskip. So... doubtful.
Now, if you are talking about wanting the girls added in arc2 to be virgins, then it is a completelly different thing, and much more of a reasonable request
