OK, but if you can still get all the scenes then the choices still have no negative impact and is basically linear. If a choice lets you see one scene but not another then it branches and choices matter (not by just the order in which you make them).

I will be honest, in my opinion the good choice is if you want persuade some character or some sex scenes that some people may dislike (for example the group sex). I hate to have multiple saves to see all the scenes because i choose some thing 10 updates ago that branched the possible scenes that i can see.
