Suspect that Fair Use is rooted in the founding of the county, given political cartoons etc that were part of our revolution?
Artists should make a rule, if you are using my art set, put in a sign "ART DESIGN BY: AKABUR/(artist name)" and a patreon/blog link or whatever the original artist use to profit, them you will help to generate more view and space for this artist.

I remember back in the day when I destroyed the collaboration between this trash game developer and another developer I think it was Winterlook or WhiteRaven
when I told the developer about Akaburs response to this game being stolen and modded without credit
the other developer made the right choice and made Best Mult Club salty
I also pointed out how the developer steals pictures from another creator and puts up on their pateron behind a paywall
While I wasnt expecting this game to end up here I do find it funny and Ironic it showed up around 3 years after the Jinns Adventure game was abandoned and now that Akabur has proven to be a thing of the past with the disappointment of 34 channel

dont steal peoples art and put it on your pateron and try to make money off it and you will have a prosperous time in the adult game business and yeah Im manly talking about Akabur bootleg because those other Akabur mods seemed to die out as well towards late 2018
while this maybe considered thinking highly of myself I wasnt always on F95 I used to only get my games from free version on Pateron
But it is indeed surprising that this trash boot leg game was added 3 years after going poof If that truly is having a big ego about things well

I can understand using art of others (understand, not approve). But taking money for that is beyond my understanding.
Except that the US doesn't govern the whole world and neither artist resides in the US, so they can't use that as an excuse. It'd be like someone in the US saying they shouldn't be prosecuted for statutory rape after having sex with a 14 year old because it's legal in countries like Germany.

Well... I have played the original game a bit so I can say that some art is a rip off, but not all - I didn't see Jinnis in the original game, which is the main character in this one.
About money... the only thing patreons have is early access, but the game is available to public for free anyway as I saw download link on the BMC patreon, so I cannot see reason to hate.
Besides I pity BMC if he have to work on a $1000 computer from 2001 year.

NO, that's NOT legal in Germany! Where do you get this from? IF one of the sexual partners is above 14 and under 16, AND the other one is not older than 18 (and older than 14, obvious), THAN it's not a crime. Because than both are kids. If one partner is above 16, the border for the other goes upp to 21 I think it was.
And I hope I don't have to say it, but it have to be consensual in any way!
So, in other words: You have to be a kid to be allowed to have sex with one. I think in the US there is a similar law. There was something like a "Romeo and Juliet"-Law in a movie I once saw?
Even if it is not a crime under the abouth circumstances, socially most people disapprove such things. But teenagers and homones and sometimes it happens. And then it would be strange to send them into jail, if a 18 year old boy has sex with his 17 year old girlfriend.

It's not fair use the minute you start to make profit out of it. Parody is definitely okay but to profit off someone's original work, you would still have to have consent and pay royalties.
