I remember back in the day when I destroyed the collaboration between this trash game developer and another developer I think it was Winterlook or WhiteRaven

when I told the developer about Akaburs response to this game being stolen and modded without credit

the other developer made the right choice and made Best Mult Club salty

I also pointed out how the developer steals pictures from another creator and puts up on their pateron behind a paywall

While I wasnt expecting this game to end up here I do find it funny and Ironic it showed up around 3 years after the Jinns Adventure game was abandoned and now that Akabur has proven to be a thing of the past with the disappointment of 34 channel

I see no reason to cry over what seems like spilled milk.
If there is content to enjoy despite it being abandoned then I'm all for it being uploaded.I don't know about this game in particular but I have played great abndoned games that were worth playing

NO, that's NOT legal in Germany! Where do you get this from? IF one of the sexual partners is above 14 and under 16, AND the other one is not older than 18 (and older than 14, obvious), THAN it's not a crime. Because than both are kids. If one partner is above 16, the border for the other goes upp to 21 I think it was.

And I hope I don't have to say it, but it have to be consensual in any way!

That supports my point, the fact that they aren't getting away with it because it is illegal in their country. When you travel you have to adhere to the laws of both the country you are a citizen of and those of the one you are visiting. You can't do something in your home country and use that it's legal in another country as a defense, nor can you do something in another country that's illegal in your home country, regardless of whether it's legal in that other country or not.

That is to oversimplified. It sort of is true and also false.

There are 2 things
1) Fair use and parody allow someone to use owned IP, as in the concepts.
2) The actual art assets are a separate issue. They can be mimicked but copy and pasting them is not protected.

So Ackbar work falls under parody, and since he uses self made assets he is legal. Though Disney being dicks might still challenge it, but theoretically Disney should lose.
This dude might fall under parody... but he is stealing the assets from Ackbar and that is 100% illegal. Note I am assuming he copied pasted them, then edited them. That isn't fair use. He has to create the art from scratch.

"Fair Use" only applies in specific conditions such as: criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research. Akabur's work(s) are not up for fair use. Stealing assets without asking for permission does not mean it's fair use. Akabur's art is Akabur's property and he has full rights to his own work. People that steal assets, don't credit, and demand money are doing so illegally and despite the fact Akabur's work is based on a parody, he can still take that group to court and sue them since his works are original and by scratch.

Please don't give legal advice ever, and I highly recommend if you do need legal assistance to hire a lawyer and not follow what Karen's on Facebook tell you to do.

Huh it's been a while since this thing came out. Still I'm glad people are posting games like these here to act as an archive of sorts instead of letting it rot away in the anals of history.

Many do not appreciates a thing before it's gone. Which leads me to to a suggestion. Wouldn't it be great to have a tab on this website were abandoned or unfinished games are archived? Same thing for "finished" games would be great too. In my opinion, it would organize and categorize projects in a comprehensive way.

Doubt it would happen though. Anyway, thanks for posting this OP.

What I don't understand is how they have a Patreon income based off of recycling others' work. Every graphic on their Patreon page is recycled work. They don't have a project that is their own. I guess the only reason they continue is that the original creators were already making parody, so a lawsuit would lead into murky waters. To me there's a huge difference between making a porn parody of trademarked material mixed with original content, and recycling the porn parody assets. I mean I guess in theory this is no worse than Hogwarts Restored, but that seems like an honest attempt to make a good game and this seems like a shallow rip-off.

Eh. There’s precedent for it, I’ve seen people do it before. I’d prefer the uploading team to post anything they can find, abandoned, completed, inactive, whatever. I like to think of this place as an archive of lewd games. Even though this is very clear a bad rip-off of Akabur’s phenomenal works, I’d rather it be here than it not.

There’s so much media that has been permanently lost because no one decided to archive it or digitize it, between books, movies, TV shows, music, games—lewd games are a new enough concept that I’d like to see every one that’s ever existed and ever will exist uploaded to the Zone.

This is the correct mindset. Archive all media, no matter how seemingly insignificant. Books, newspapers, tv shows, music that have been lost to time is tragic. Often times it's only years later we recognize their cultural or informational significance, even in the simplest of forms, such as the diary of an ancient Roman soldier that accounted for unknown events or otherwise unsupported theories. Or even the cookbook of a chef from hundreds or thousands of years ago gives insight to the wildlife, plants, spices and their prevalence in that area of the world at the time.

Otherwise insignificant recordings are treasure troves for understanding the history of our world and how the modern era came to be, and should not be underestimated. Libraries are the closest thing I'd consider to mankind's greatest treasure, and now that we are in the digital age it will be even easier for future generations to learn from their past.

That being said, F this ripoff garbage game.
