Out of curiousity, are any physical/visual changes or assets tied to the quiz at the beginning beyond fast track/gradual change?

(Such as eventual size of monumentous mammeries, or a sizeable schlong?)

I also read that there were two options for clothing, but I only encountered the shorter dress. Is it tied to which stat of the players is currently higher?

Probably doesn't work with the games namesake, but it'd be lowkey hilarous if optionally the mistress's mission to push you towards desiring bbc backfired in a way she didn't expect, and you end up rocking a similar proportioned meat missle below the belt as a result (since presumably the pill can shift the body into the users desired form. Maybe.)

The sex shop is on the fast transformation path. You can get there by answering 4 on question 11 or 12 of the sissy test
