Pregnancy isn't present, but Mikoto brings that up a lot, A LOOOOT, during the sex scenes involving creampies.
In lewd ending, she begs/desires to get impregnated, however you want to perceive her horny desires.
In slave ending, she's sternly against the idea of being impregnated, but at the same time, "casually" mentions for the player to better be serious about making a baby with her, or else the player regrets it.
In love ending, she's totally okay with getting pregnant even though she's still in middle school, as long as the baby is the player's.
In rape ending, I have no clue, I haven't started reading through the dialogues on that path yet, but presuming the amount of baby making gets mentioned in the other paths, I bet it's going to be a lot as well.

Well, I stand corrected, shame on me for making that presumption on the title gallery where paizuri (boobjob) isn't mentioned. 
For some reason it's lumped together with Fainted Blowjob as a speed option, which is most likely why I have completely missed it to begin with, much due to me reading the dialogues and "Nnnh, mhh, nh." doesn't really tell me much what kind of scene I am reading at.

I'm a bit confused, F95 checker told me there is a game update, but when I downloaded it it has less games then the previous pack? What could be the cause of this?

While rare, preggers endings are a thing.
I'd personally enjoy seeing more of those endings now and then, knowing the seed has taken root has it's own charm.

False positives since flash is no longer officially supported, most, if not all AV's flag those now as potential viruses as result.
I've told my AV to fuck off from the specific folders that contain the flash games and their saves.

And damn, replaying older JSK makes me appreciate the old art much more. It looked pretty good for its time, more cohesive than newer games.
