It didn't flag a swf file it flagged a single file in the censored version and out of the 20 games and 1300 files in the folder it was the only one flagged

For some reason I cant get either Ending 2 or 3. I choose the right options and make her cum every time but I always get Ending 1 instead of 2, and even though I have sex with her and make her cum at least 3 times when I lose in round 3 I just lose without any ending.

Stop using reypatcher.
It messes with important game files and these can be the results.
Bepinex+AutoTranslator plugin will do the job without the hassle.

Boy am I to the party late! New game released and we already have uncensors, guides, what have you. Good thing I have an extra day to mess with it some more.
Not gonna lie it's kind of miffing people are asking for a save data clear when they can easily do it themselves. Doesn't even take knowledge in programming to do it either, just downloading VS Code, opening the save file in it, changing some values to 1 or 999 depending on the stat and you're done. It's like 5-10 minutes of work tops with most of the time being downloading the software.100% save is already out, go back a page or two for it.
Translation however, has been offered in mtl, AI touch up and something I'll do by hand over time.
Pick your poison from those.

~20 to 40 seconds when I do it my way (JSK).
Start game, die instantly, open save file with notepad++, change stats to 50 and then variables from 0 to 1, save, upload (optional), done.
And given the game's current stage, instant unlock is preferable to getting locked in battle animations, or commands not appearing to unlock certain scenes.
But yeah, I get your point.

I was mostly talking for people who've never touched a code editor before (because they're installing whatever editor of choice, finding the file, trying out a value or two to be safe, etc), but yeah the process itself once you've done it a time or two is less than a minute going forward because it's the exact method you stated.

Right, I'm done for the week with the translation effort for Mikoto.
I'll continue to find scenes and dialogues in few days time again, I'd say the overall progress for the game is now around 40%.
What I've fully covered by now.
-Title (Gallery function, Game mode selection, options)
-Battle UI (Skills, explanations, commands)
-Character sheet (Attributes, skills and their explanations)
-Endings (Intro, outro, sex talk for slow 1,2,3,4 - fast 1,2,3,4, cum at max pleasure for all 4 endings and the corresponding positions.)
What are currently partially covered.
-Sex (Some dialogue carries over from ending sex to these scenes, some scenes have different variations of dialogue based on the position)
-Mikoto's battle dialogue (Her skill activation shouts, cloth breaks, wins & losses, etc.)

-Service (Fellatio, paizuri, assjob, footjob, handjob)
