is a value on the saving profile called save from trasparent points...
something like this:

also 2 more things:
1) don't fuse layers EVER wen you edit texture parts...
because wen you do it all these black lines will return....(you lose edge trasparency)
2) if you saved with bugged black lines the image exported cannot be recoverer...(is fucked up)
only if you still have the original project saved and without fusing layers you can menage to recover it fully......
just exporting again with that thing on....
wen i started edit texture for unity i don't have realized how important was this part....
also be careful of not check saving gamma or your brightness will be fucked up....
