According to your logic, a developer who hires an artist is similarly not actually involved in this. Wait a minute... isn't this 99.99% of all games, since, with very rare exceptions where the developer codes, writes the script, draws, etc., different people handle all of this?
Before making such a statement, you should try to create a few images of that quality yourself, for example 10, so that they are not random, but come together in a single scene, and we will all see how you manage to do this without your own involvement.
