Is the intro bugged right now? I've played this a while ago so maybe I'm remembering this wrong but it seems like the introduction and tour is getting completely skipped. Right after selecting my starting bonus I get this screen.

1) Are starting BASE STATS only for the very 1st loop????
I started with, for example: 10 confidence, but on the very next loop (2nd playthrough),
I only started with 4 confidence!! [I slept allway till next loop]
The mental retain amount should never ever go below the initial starting base stats!
A simple 'check' would fix this. if $thisRETAINstat is lower than $base, set $thisRETAINstat to $base.

2) Are starting bonuses only for the very 1st loop?????
They are also not applied on subsequent playthroughs.
Why choose a difficulty, if the bonuses simply get taken away?

^I noticed your in game text explaination says "ADDED" it is not being added, it is simply replacing your stat SOLELY with the mental retain amount 
ps. maybe you can make base stat a 'permanent' stat, and or also the 'starting bonuses' be permanent.

And the reason the bonuses from your choices makes a big diffence is because stats snowball a lot.
Like I played a bunch before the start bonuses were added and it took 3 runs before you could unlock all characters, now with just 1 start-bonus I unlock most characters during the first run and can pretty much unlock any achievement during the second run.

Thanks, but do you know how much relationship points is needed? I've spent entire playthroughs helping with paperwork (cause it seems to award the most or at least same amount of love points (+3) and gratitude), got her to 60+ love pts but still no dice.
Edit: Finally got her at 76 love (combine with other stats to a total of 295 attraction).

At her home, its only 3 options:
