If I remember correctly, you can break into the shop through the door. You must use the lockpick skill.

you can bypass some of the ghost leading to the tomb by going above them via the rope if i remember. And the ones next to the hole on the left, you can hit a button with your ball bearings and it'll throw you a ladder to bypass them too
