At first I got it wrong,I uploaded is also 4K files.
Both 1.33 GB MTime: 2021-12-02 and 3.13 GB MTime: 2021-09-17 are 4K videos. The two are only different in bitrate. The old one is 202Mbps and the new one is 84Mbps.
Juswe reduces the bitrate of many old videos with very large file sizes.
