Looks like a mistake on AniDB's part. It's an alternative version, Ura Jutaijima isn't a prequel/sequel to Jutaijima. Ura Jutaijima is basically retelling the same story differently, focusing on different characters than in Jutaijima and with some original content added.

I'll try to explain it best i can and without going into much details.
