yo guys i think im stuck. i dont have any quests to do and all what i did is richards cat, i also was on the tavern 2 times and had a meal 1 time

If you did everything correctly, the soldiers should leave the city, which means the paths to the right and below in the city are now open. The beach is located strictly from the entrance to the city immediately to the south until the end.
