If you did everything correctly, the soldiers should leave the city, which means the paths to the right and below in the city are now open. The beach is located strictly from the entrance to the city immediately to the south until the end.

Maybe it's not really a mine. A house in the city and there's a lock with the password 271. And when you open it and go down the stairs I called this room a mine.
