If by "store" you mean the tent where she and Donovan live - you have to become Donovan's friend (after you unlock the school) and talk to him at school a couple times.

If you look at the gallery, there's nothing but ntr scenes on the beach for Alexia anyway. There are two non-ntr scenes for the boat trip, not the beach, but I have no idea how to trigger said boat trip.
I think it's more like bugged , in the map the ugly guy didn't even appear and I haven't talk to him yet ig because of the bug the game auto trigger the scenes
