what are the ? mark on the character and when i click on. its a big green box that dont do nothing

The question leads to "ask",
when you get a quest or need a hint, choices appear there that you can drag to the box. If you use "ask" on any of the boys they'll have a bunch of options already to increase their favor, try dragging a choice to the box to see how it works.Is there a guide for this game? It's too confusing; it's my first time playing it and I just keep getting lost.
I keep having this issue where every time i load the game and progress i made is fully lost. Idk if anyone can help me? like all other renpy games save my stuff but not this one.

Try asking some of the other team members with the "Ask" function
(It's the question mark and then the face)
I cant ask questions, I get errors from my loaded save file from a release or 2 ago. It gives me some error about the fridge quest not being done, but the quest board tells me that quest is WIP.

I did patching for saves, if you can post the error, I can try to address it, and then you can patch it in with the updater from the main menu.
Also, It would be nice if there was a back button after clicking the 'game update button'. Also, if said update feature is locked due to like, a time limited newest version for backers or something... maybe add an option to update to newest 'free' release, for releases your posting here? Not that it matters atm cuz game is so small. But if it gets hefty later on due to images, could be nice to just update game instead of redownload.

Yeah that's the plan for it. I do have to lock it though because I only pay for a limited server and if too many people try updating at the same time it would crash both the server and increase my costs by a lot. I've patched it though with new art and bug fixes and it wasn't a problem as far I can tell. You can check the discord for the latest password or DM me here or twitter.

Try checking the quest board, the pool quest hints will help you out. If you continue losing, why don't you try and ASK some of the other team members on how to beat numbuh 5.
I've asked the other characters and the recruit question just breaks for N3, N5 tells me to try asking N2 before bothering her, though I've already tried asking N2 and he just tells me to buzz off, and N4 just says it's not his problem.
Also a feature to ask the girls to go to a certain room would be appreciated. Passing time for several in-game days just waiting on N5 or N3 to appear in their rooms is frustrating.
Also once you've bought all the clothes for one or both of the girls trying to access the shop gives an error. Tho ignoring the error doesn't seem to break anything.
