Ok so... I have found an android solution...

1. Open the game once and close it.

2. Go to android - data - kaguya player - files...this is where you will see data.ini

3. Change the name of Data.ini to Data.txt

4. Open the txt file with a txt file opener

5. Change shader to zero and hit save

6. Go back to the data.txt and change the name back to Data.ini

Hopefully this helps those in need
