How do I get the pregnancy ending?

There doesn't seem to be one.. Just finished the game, 100% achievements, all memories unlocked, all scenes unlocked.. appart from Best Partners Ending 1,2,3 which I didn't saw inserted in the story but I can view in the Memories, there is nothing... literally no ending sex scene or something.. just return to the ship then nothing, just normalexploration, cooking, interacting and sex (that you should already have seen all variations of)

wait... ive feel like ive seen the girl on the 4th image somewhere on nutaku games, especially her chibi form... is it just a coincidence, or is it a reuse type of art (same dev different game), ooh... is it stolen by one or the other... or am i just seeing a pretty almost identical similarity on character design field?

the first two were pretty good, but instead of improving the sex, they just copied it from the other games, and imo downgraded on exploration.
