it doesn't matter, you can change characters on the fly, but some ask you to do some quest before unlocking them tho

This game is slow, confusing, and buggy as hell. The quests are so convoluted and scenes are extremely hard to get.
I'm also trying to do the Bulma acrobatics quest and when i try to duel the secretary says I dont have a card album but I picked it up at the beginning on the table? at a loss here.

can't be november, 1.4 came out in october so the next should be in december.
Pressing W wearing the scouter doesnt do anything. Is this a known issue or am i doing something wrong?
