No, men are regarded as adults when 18 years old in Japan generally. It changes 18 or 20 in case.
I think also in USA or EU countries adults are over 18. Wrong ?

Wasn't the age of consent in Japan not like 13 a few years ago even? Like sum fucked shit like that? I remember that people protested for it to be raised but idk maybe I'm out of the loop or missinformed (ofc doesn't mean that I agree with it at all, was just that I read it somewhere during my childhood).

there are a few new scenes in 1.9 ( Bath house scenes) those are there in this also...i think hes made it easier to play with almost 50 saves at different stages. also much less buggy

I downloaded the personalized 1.9 version, I don't know if it's just me or it's just an impression but I would say that there is less content than in the old versions such as the old kaio and events like the quest to find photos and give them to Chi-Chi's father or also strip poker with Chi-Chi it seemed to me that it was available in v1.8 and still something else like power to buy map boosters for duels

I am a bit saddened that the stripping for Grandpa Gohan minigame was removed. It wasn't much but i did love trying out different clothing options for Chi-Chi.
My guess? We'll get a stripping minigame for the final Willy event in 1.10.
Chi-Chi is definitely gonna end up drugging her father and Willy's wife at dinner which means she can get as kinky as she and Willy wants.
