The code is cleaner, roshi has a new outfit, the black water mist quest is a little bit reworked, the scouter mini-map is improved, the Scan them all mission has an update and more rewards, and some bug fixes.

My biggest problem with this is that that the supposed dev doesn't even finish stuff, there's no new scenes?
