Because Naughty Turtle made the galaxy brained decision to limit the amount of money you can have at one time.
It didn't used to be that way. Problem with it was a bug that if you exceeded a certain amount of zenny, it resets to zero zenny. I'll hazard a guess he wasn't able to find what caused it so he just limited the amount of zenny you could aquire and called it a gameplay feature.

There hasn't been any official post or vote on his Patreon so we don't know yet. I would hope he finishes the Oolong scenes with chichi, as well as the final night in the time chamber. If he finishes most things with chichi that he has started, he can then move on to doing stuff with bulma and the other women.

I don't know how anyone else will take this but I really hope there's no vote for things like finishing up the time chamber quest. Stuff like that shouldn't be decided on a vote because it's content that should be expected sooner or later to begin with.

you can use the mod to complete any quest with 1 click
so no need for any save file

Nope, there is a bit of grinding to unlock Chi-chi but once you have her unlocked most of the content begins. When I first played I managed to view everything in about 4-5 hours though, but the quests and sex scenes were worth it.
The only sad thing is you're going to be waiting for new content for months and your save files don't transfer to updates.

he hasn't updated his twitter since January, but he posted that a relative of his died and he was sad, maybe that's why project is on pause or he left it, who knows, his drawings and ideas looked interesting
