Long tap on the game's icon > Decrypt Files, then apply the patch again.

Does Naughty Turtle retranslate stuff every single update? There's dialog and menus that was translated for the longest time that are now in French even when I choose English as my language.

Couple patches for Kamesutra v1.13.1:

• Kamesutra_V1.13.1_English_T3_patch.zip - Turns the Tier 1 version into the Tier 3 version (adds the patreon room to view removed scenes)
• Kamesutra_V1.13.1_English_scriptdec.zip - This removes the need for EST_CS2_SCRIPT_CONTROL.dll, which makes the game incompatible with JoiPlay or mkxp-z for example.

How do you apply these to the game?
