I'm not sure, because I haven't subscribed to him, so I haven't downloaded his stuff. I personally feel that he used the game base to modify some things, such as CG coloring or something, because there is no actual content, I didn't subscribe to him
He just shares gamplays about the game and some images from it, he have'nt upload any version of the game in his patreon. The CG coloring he had shared is from a mod he uses, but I don't know where he got it.

First, there're 3 versions Kamesutra game.
One is the original by Naughty Turtle, two is my editted one, and the last is mod version by another person(I don't know the creator's name).

The differences between the original and mod version are...
- Some drawings are colorized.
- Includes cheating function.
- The last game version is 1.12.
Then, Benjojo is making his movies of both of them, so if you watch colorized drawings on movie, it must be mod version.
But he sometimes mixes colorized drawings into the movie of the original version intentionally, so be careful.

I thought he added some stuff to the game Kamesuta, like that adaptation, with a little more of his own flair, but that's not the case.
