As said a little earlier, only Tier 2 and 3 will get it on the 12th. The public release will hopefully be 1-2 weeks after.

I haven't had that problem before. You might just have to redownload the game from the Facebook link. And use the latest patch I guess

I decided to just skip the tutorial and nothing else has failed so far
