The file is there, but it's misnamed. If you know how to decrypt the game it's an easy fix of just finding the file, and renaming it appropriately. The way rpgmaker works just placing the file in the folders doesn't work. Either wait for the dev to patch, or follow the steps below.

There's sexercise there. You'll finish execise 1, exercise 2 after beating him and celebrating you will do the sexercise
you can learn it from doing the quest of willy, and giving him a handjob, after that you can change of saga and go again to the time chamber, (good luck).
That's weird. Have you finished the Exercise 1, Exercise 2? After the sex you'll be able to do the sexercise. Do you have patch installed? Remove it
I don't get it what's ex1 or ex2. There are 5 exercises those are Flexibility, Cardio, Balance, Legs, Pain
