It's a false positive, it uses DUP2 (diablo2oo2 universal patcher) .

God damn the day this game was reuploaded and I actually picked it up to play, I just seriously started playing some days ago and just now went through all the routes. Playing this game is like taking a punch to the gut and getting stabbed through the heart, and every route you finish you just twist that knife. I wasn't expecting nothing like that when I downloaded the game
