Does anyone know how to get to 200% or 300% of pleasure? Get to 200% once, but I couldn't get to do such a thing, any advice?

Have a high mind score and use Resist Orgasm. I've had good luck with the guards. Slimes can also help. If a slime is in all three holes, then the orgasm doesn't happen until all three moves are done.

As HappyGoomba says, aso you can use titles, passives, items such as meals or accessories than can raise your sensitivity and lower your resistance

I asked a question about a purity run and people answered thoroughly which I appreciate. If you are not interested in it then don’t read it or ask your own question. There is no rule against this other than in your head.

The details are more complicated, because there are nuances between every single the sex attack. Therefore, I'll stick to those parts that are mostly the same and are the main factors of the calculation.
TL;DR: Endurance(!), stamina (percentage, by only a bit) reduce it; sensitivities, low resistances, higher enemy levels increase it.
I'll get into the details using the example of the generic boob petting attack.
