Well, when you grew up with a 56k modem at best, you got used to pixelated (and often half loaded) porn. That sticks with some people.
That's an intriguing interpretation. I just assumed it was to share the game in a country that bans uncensored porn. I didn't think of digital masochism through censorship or the enjoyment of censored porn for nostalgia.
This seems like newest patch for the game.

People have such weird fetishes, I guess I'll never understand some of them.
You have to try to enter the mindset of a person sometimes, though your milage may vary. The way I see Corkforthecause's reply is, the mind fills in the blanks for what should be there realistically. The premise may be that for people who enjoy both real and animated porn and prefer real anatomy, the stylized (and often conveniently shortcutted) cartoon / anime anatomy doesn't feel sufficient. If it's censored instead of explicitly shown, the person doesn't get distracted by the inaccuracies of the anime version.
It's not typical but that's the approximation I can only guess from the user's posts. Nostalgic influence psychology can make people do seemingly unintuitive things to get a sensation of something they enjoy from another place or time.

big booba is the last dlc for this game and i don't know if he gonna make a sequel or keep milking the game

I hope he eventually moves on and makes a new game, hopefully, after adding something to flesh out floor 4.
Karryn's Prison is really enjoyable and a massive improvement over Melty's Quest, I look forward to seeing how much better his next game is.

Same, I found Melty's Quest to be incredibly boring. I was shocked to find I didn't mind the English VA for KP, she did really well. KP was a bit rough at the start since I fell into the, clearly intentional, noob trap of spreading my stats too thin by trying to rock, paper, scissors with the combat but once I was aware of how the system worked it wasn't too bad.
